Coffee Cup Sessions – Engaging with organisations

We know there’s a lot going on at the moment with the Covid-19 situation so we wanted to share a few opportunities to get involved whilst lots of us are at home.

Following on from Sue Shirt’s VideoAsk questions about how we talk and listen to you (more info here), we would like to hear about how you stay up to date with your favourite brands, utility suppliers and local services. We’d like to know which ones you engage with online via social media, websites or by more traditional methods like phone or even by post.

There are three Zoom Coffee Cup Sessions and we’d like to invite you to.

To book yourself a slot for one or all three, please fill in the form below and we’ll send you a personal invitation.
