We want you to have your say

Help us improve our service charge communications 

Our customers have told us that sometimes, service charges can be confusing. We’re looking at how we can improve the way we communicate service charges so that you have all the information you need on what you’re paying for. To do this, we’d love to get your views and opinions on how we can get better. We’re inviting you to join our sessions and give us your ideas. All of the sessions will take place on Zoom so you can join from the comfort of your own home 

 

Tuesday 18th October – 17:30 – 19:00 What do you need to know? 

Do you understand what your service charges are? Have we given you a clear description of fixed and variable service charges? We have lots of information on service charges across our website and on MyHome, as well as the letters we send you every year, but is it the information that you need? For this session, we’d like you to look at that information ahead of the meeting and give us feedback on what you like, what you don’t, what you don’t understand and what’s missing.  

Tuesday 1st November – 17:30 – 19:00 Bringing your feedback to life. 

For the second session, we’ll share with you some of the thoughts we’ve had on how we can bring your feedback from the first session to life, show you some of the things we think we can develop to support our customers with service charges, and give you the opportunity to give us some feedback again. At the end of the meeting we’ll agree with you how we’ll keep you up to date with our progress, including any follow-up meetings.
