Estate’s Day, Southam

Recently, Tenancy Services Officer for Ascote Way, Hodnell Drive and Stoneton Close in Southam, Michelle carried out an ‘Estates Day’.

After complaints about fly tipping and general untidiness, a number of residents said they’d like to come on a scheme inspection, so I arranged a date and called it an ‘Estates day’!

I arranged for Pinnacle to sort the fly tipping, they also offered to remove any bulky items from residents homes that they couldn’t manage themselves. Also, ground maintenance team Idverde helped residents cut their shrubs in their garden and tidied up the scheme by doing an extra visit on top of what they already do. Our repairs contractor Axis attended to complete a number of communal repairs all in one go - to get the job done.

A huge thank you to all of the staff sent by the contractors, it was a really successful day for the residents and it was great to see everyone get involved.
