FAQs for shared owners and leaseholders
To help us improve our services, we recently asked our shared ownership and leasehold customers to take part in a survey and ran workshops to help us improve our Homeownership Policy.
Following the great customer feedback we received, we created an FAQ and information guide, featuring information about lease extensions, repairs and maintenance, and a jargon buster.
The Government is working on Leasehold Reform, and we’ll keep our SO and leasehold customers up to date with the changes they propose as more information becomes available. In the meantime we are proactively reviewing our service offer for these customers, to make things as fair and reasonable as possible.
Next steps
We’ll use the comments and feedback received from both the survey responses and the workshops to inform our offer for Shared Owners and Leaseholders.
