Southern Housing Group - Getting your details on MyHome
As you’ll know, the ownership and management of your property recently transferred over from the Southern Housing Group to Stonewater.
So that we can fully support you appropriately, we need to have up to date details for you and your household – for example, updated contact details, the names and ages of other occupants in your property, and if you have a disability.
The easiest way to do this is by setting up a MyHome account. MyHome is our customer portal: once you’ve set up an account you can update your personal details, report repairs, see details of any Service Charges, and share your views with us.
To register for MyHome you simply need to go to https://myhome.stonewater.org/.
You’ll need your account reference to register. You’ll find it on the top of any account statements we’ve sent you in the post – it’s the first 5 numbers of the code at the top.

If you cannot find an account statement anywhere, you can also request one through our Customer Service Centre on 01202 319 119. Our lines can often be busy, so if possible we’d recommend finding a copy of your account statement instead!
