Help make Stonewater a more inclusive landlord by joining our Customer Inclusion group

Do you have a passion for inclusion, want to learn more about the world of housing, and improve services for customers? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! 

Over the past five years, our disability groups have provided invaluable insight. We’re building on this success by merging the groups and opening the opportunity to more customers.  

As a member of the inclusion group, you will:

  • Advise us on how we can best involve and consult customers who sometimes face barriers to accessing services.  
  • Share your experiences and what you think is important for Stonewater customers  
  • Look at how we can do things differently  
  • Highlight areas where we’ve do something really well, so that we can continue to do this 
  • Work in partnership with Stonewater and our other engaged customers 
  • Become part of a community passionate about inclusion 

The inclusion group is a new and exciting opportunity to work with our customers. We’ll work with members to shape how the group works and how it will benefit everyone involved.  

We will meet around 4 times with the possibility of some additional more informal events. As part of your application, we’ll ask what activities you’re interested in and how you’d prefer to engage with the group.  

Not only will you help us to improve customers experiences of our services, you’ll also get the opportunity to:  

  • Access training through organisations like TPAS  
  • Learn more about inclusion and housing  
  • Gain volunteering experience which will look great on your CV  
  • Meet with teams from across Stonewater to gain more of an understanding of the work they do.  
  • Build new skills and grow in confidence
