How we can help

We want you to know that whatever financial hardship you find yourself in, we are here to help. If you are struggling however, it’s important that you speak to us as soon as you can so we can do our best to help you.

Whether you’ve been on furlough, been made redundant, have seen changes to your benefits, have had to cover some unexpected costs or would just like some more advice about what support you may be eligible for, then speak to us now. We know that with the rising costs of essentials like energy, fuel and groceries the cost of everyday living is going up.

We have lots of support on offer for customers who might be having trouble with money, including rent payment plans, access to grants, help to find employment and more. You can find a leaflet which details all of the support we can offer here.
