Join our new Customer Complaints Learning Panel!
Do you have a critical eye for detail, want to learn more about the world of complaint handling and help improve our service for customers? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Following guidance from the Housing Ombudsman, we no longer have our Customer Complaints Panel as part of our complaints process. However, we don’t want to miss the opportunity to hear from customers about our service and gather your important feedback.
To help us do this, we’ve created a Customer Complaints Learning Panel (CCLP) and we’re on the hunt for customers to join us.
As a member of the CCLP you will:
- Review closed complaints and share your feedback about how they’ve been handled by our Customer Relations team
- Share your experiences and what you think is important for Stonewater customers
- Look at how we can do things differently
- Highlight areas where we’ve done something really well, so that we can continue to do this for future complaints cases
- Work in partnership with Stonewater and our Scrutiny Panel
The CCLP is a new and exciting opportunity to work with our customers. We’ll work with successful applicants to shape how the panel works and how it will benefit everyone involved.
We are likely to meet 2-4 times a year and all meetings will take place online. As part of your application, we’ll ask what availability you have and we’ll try our best to find a time that suits everyone.
Not only will you help us to improve customer satisfaction in our complaints service, you’ll also get the opportunity to:
- Access in-house training with our skilled Customer Relations team
- Access external training through organisations like TPAS
- Learn more about complaints handling and the Housing Ombudsman
- Gain volunteering experience which will look great on your CV
- Meet with teams from across Stonewater to gain more of an understanding of the work they do.
If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we can’t wait to hear from you.
The closing date is Friday 15th March and we’ll be in touch with successful applicants as soon as possible to discuss our next steps.
