We are looking for between 8 – 10 customers to help us to test our MyHome portal.
The live lab sessions will take place in Woodway Park Community Centre 1st October 2019.
The session will take around 60 minutes and during this, you will be asked to carry out a number of tasks using the portal to see how easy it is to access if it is user-friendly and your thoughts generally.
If you are successful in being chosen you will be contacted by Michelle Hocknull the Customer Involvement & Scrutiny Manager who will arrange a time slot with you. Upon completion of your live lab session, you will be given £25.00 worth of high street vouchers as a thank you for giving us your time.
