Meet the team – Involvement and complaints

We’d like to invite each of you along to meet the Customer Experience Director who is leading Stonewater’s approach to listening and involving customers in shaping our service. He’ll be joined by our Customer Relations Manager who will present our approach to managing complaints and how we’re working hard to learn from them.
