MyRewards – Helpful discounts for Stonewater Customers
Prices for everyday things like our energy bills, groceries and other household items are on the rise, and we’re all looking for ways to save money.
That’s why we’ve introduced our new MyRewards scheme. We want Stonewater customers to be able to save money on essentials.

How does it all work?
It’s really easy – if you use MyHome, simply log in and you’ll be able to access all the discounts from there. If you don’t yet have a MyHome account – sign up today by visiting: myhome.stonewater.org
What can I get discounts on?
There are discounts available at over 500 retailers, including the shops you use everyday for your essentials. Asda, Argos, Boots, Superdrug, Morrisons, Primark, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are all included. There are many other retailers, so you can shop for appliances, things for your home and garden, sports and leisure equipment to stay healthy and much more. Why a discount scheme?
We’re looking to replace a previous scheme which customers told us just didn’t work for them. We have spoken to over 300 customers in the last few months about our old and new potential reward offers to make sure this offers discounts on things you really need.
Why did you change the previous Gold, Silver and Bronze system?
Customers told us they didn’t understand the scheme, the awards were not always relevant and they didn’t always understand how they could move from one level to the next. Plus the benefits didn’t help our customers with everyday expenses, so this will be the focus of our new scheme.
Will everyone be able to access MyRewards?
You’ll be able to access MyRewards through MyHome. You will need a MyHome log in and a device connected to the internet to access the system. If you need any help registering for MyHome or getting online please let us know – we'll be happy to help.
How can customers who don’t have access to the internet get rewards?
Currently the scheme is only online – however through our partnership with We Are Digital we’re able to help customers get online. Contact us if you’d like to be referred.
Will leaseholders and shared owners be eligible for MyRewards?
Yes.
Will rewards only be available for online shopping?
Many of the retailers will offer you the choice of a voucher that you can use online or in store.
Does Stonewater get any incentives for directing customers to online retailers?
No – all the benefits go directly to our customers.
