Pet policy update

Today we are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new pet friendly policy that covers all of our homes.

Over the past few months we have listened to the views of over 1,500 customers to get your opinions on pet ownership and how this impacts on where you live, using this information to create our new policy on pet ownership.

We recognise that pets provide lots of benefits to their owners and can help to tackle loneliness, improve social interaction, encourage a more active life and teach children about empathy and responsibility. We also recognise that we have a responsibility to ensure that we provide balance and make sure pet ownership does not impact on the rights of others to enjoy their homes and neighbourhoods.
