Our phone lines, social media and live chat support on Wednesday will be unavailable from 9.30am - 12pm so that we can deliver some important staff training and keep working to improve our services for you.
If you have an emergency situation, that is causing risk to you or your home during this time, you can call the usual number and one of our out of hours team will be with you as soon as possible. If your issue doesn’t require immediate support, you may be told to call back later.
