#TalkMoney week: Meet Income Officer Rhiann

Rhiann (1)

Continuing our #TalkMoney posts, where we thought we'd introduce you to the Income team, as they're the guys and girls who you can call on if you wish to #TalkMoney (such as your rent, benefit, support agencies, Credit Unions, etc).

We asked the team five questions to help you get to know them a bit better.

In this our second post, meet Rhiann:

  • Hi Rhiann, can you tell everyone how long you've worked for Stonewater?:
I've worked for Stonewater for three years.
  • Do you have any hobbies?:
I enjoy spending time with my dog Lottie and going out for food & drinks with friends
  • What's your favourite food?:
My favourite food is probably Italian, I could eat pasta every day. Also a big fan of Mexican food!
What's your favourite TV programme or film?:
My all-time favourite films are Grease and Mamma Mia (I do love a cheesy musical)
  • What do you love about your role as an Income Officer?
I enjoy working in the Stonewater Income team because it’s great being able to support customers that are struggling and taking that worry from them by enabling them to talk to us. I like being able to speak with residents on a more personal level and letting them know that we are here to help.
  • How can our customers pay their rent?
There are many ways to pay:
Our customer portal: MyHome is a new, very quick and easy way to pay rent. Through MyHome, customers can make a secure online payment and even set up a Direct Debit to save having to remember to pay every time their rent is due. MyHome also gives residents access to lots of other services all in one place, such as; viewing your account details and reporting repairs. You can log in or register for a MyHome account via our website
Another way to pay is via Direct Debit/Standing Order
There's also our Allpay automated line 0330 041 6497 – this is an automated 24-hour service and customers will need their payment reference number when making their call.
In addition customers can use “Rent card” at a Post Office or PayPoint outlet
Another easy way to pay is via the Allpay app. Residents who own an Apple, Windows or Android smartphone can download the Allpay app. It’s free and allows you to pay at anytime and anywhere.
