Supporting our customers to access our services digitally is more important than ever – and we’re proud that we’ve been able to help nearly 400 customers to do just that.
Stonewater partner with We Are Group, previously known as We Are Digital, a company that provide customers free one-on-one remote training sessions to improve IT skills. Whether it’s learning device basics, accessing our website, online safety or video calling loved ones – We Are Group can help.
The course is broken down into 3 bite sized sessions and is catered to what you want to learn. It has already helped so many of our customers not only get online, but also to become more confident in navigating services, such as online banking!
Don’t have a device or access to the internet? We Are Digital can provide a small tablet device to help support with training and 20GB of data for six months.
