Weekly Customer Engagement Round-up: Eighth Edition

Welcome to our latest Customer Engagement Round-up!

Each week, we'll gather a variety of opportunities for you to explore, ranging from training and customer surveys to joining our customer panels

We have a new date for our rescheduled Facebook Live and Direct with Longleigh Foundation

Come along to our rescheduled Facebook Live event with Longleigh - a charitable foundation set up to support Stonewater customers on Thursday 13th of June, 6-7pm.

You’ll have the chance to hear about the support Longleigh can offer you or someone you know. The Longleigh team will also be on hand to answer your questions. You can ask them directly once we go live on our Facebook page, right here!

Four Million Homes are hosting a free online webinar on how to make an effective complaint

Join Four Million Homes on June 17 from 19:30 to 21:00 for an informative webinar designed to guide residents through the process of making a complaint to their landlord.

The session will cover essential topics such as structuring your complaint, the key information to include, record-keeping, handling unresponsive landlords, and maintaining resilience throughout the process.

The session will take place virtually, so you can join remotely! To book yourself on this session, please click here.

Created based on your feedback, it's packed with ways for you to shape Stonewater's services. If any of the opportunities grab your attention – get in touch on the form at the bottom of the page.
