Taking action against domestic abuse
16 Days of Action Against Domestic Violence stems from the global movement, 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence. It is an annual international campaign that starts on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day.
To mark the campaign, you’re invited to join us for an event, to hear more about how Stonewater is tackling domestic abuse, and hear what we as a society need to do to support people who experience abuse in their homes.
Thursday 25 November at 11am with special guest Alison Inman
If you would like to come along and hear from our speakers, just click the date that suits you to register.
We’ll be doing more activities throughout the 16 days, check back here on the hubb for more information on how you can get involved.
