I acknowledge that by submitting this image, (subject to any restrictions stipulated and agreed), I give up all claims of ownership, income, editorial control and use, and assign all copyright ownership to Stonewater. No payment will be due to me. Use of the photographs may be granted to third parties; however the photographs will remain the property of Stonewater. I can request at any time that Stonewater stop using my image. Stonewater will act promptly, but may not be able to remove everything, as images in publications and film may be available to view indefinitely if stored in an archive or used as reference material. I confirm I am 18 or over (if under 18 a parent/guardian should sign). Any mention of ‘Stonewater’ includes all Stonewater company entities including Stonewater Homes. We will never share your personal data with anyone. This consent form remains live for two years, unless permission is retracted.
