Complete the Stonewater Customer Census

The census is a simple and effective way for us to ensure we have the most up-to-date information about you and your household. It helps us shape the services we provide and ensures we’re meeting the needs of every customer. 

Why should I complete the Census? 

The census is your chance to update key details like your contact information or household changes that might have occurred over time. More importantly, it lets us better understand the unique needs of your household, so we can tailor our services to suit you. 

For example, if you or a family member have a health condition or need us to communicate in a specific way, letting us know through the census will help us make adjustments to serve you better. 

Is it safe? 

We’ve partnered with TLF Research, an independent research company, to carry out this census. Your information will be handled securely. Only Stonewater colleagues and our contracting partners will have access to your data, and we will never share your details with third parties. TLF Research will destroy any identifiable personal data by September 2025. 

How does this benefit me? 

The more we know, the better we can serve you. Having accurate information allows us to deliver tailored services, allocate resources where they’re needed most, and support customers with specific needs, especially those who may be more vulnerable. By filling out the census, you help us improve our services for everyone. 

We’re also offering a little extra motivation: complete the census, and you’ll be entered into one of three prize draws to win £100 in vouchers! 

I don’t have it yet! 

The census will be rolled out in stages, so if someone you know has received it before you, don’t worry! The lead tenant in your household will be the first to receive it, and we’ll reach out via email, phone, or post if needed. If you haven't received the census yet, it’s on its way. 

Do I have to do it? 

While filling out the census isn’t required, it helps us ensure we can meet your specific needs. You don’t have to answer every question, and you can skip anything you’re uncomfortable with. But remember, the more information we have, the better we can support you!
