When you contact us about a problem, we want to solve it as quickly and easily as possible. One of the tools we use to do this is TechSee.
TechSee allows us to see the issue you’re experiencing through your mobile phone’s camera.

If it would be helpful, we can send you a secure link during your call that, when opened, starts a live video feed so we can see exactly what you’re seeing.
This can help us identify the problem straight away - saving you time and making getting help quicker and easier. You can show us the problem, which helps us to understand what’s happening and how we can help. TechSee is extra useful for our customers who might find it hard to explain what's happening over the phone, have a busy schedule, or feel unsure about the cause of an issue and would prefer to show us, instead.
TechSee has a handy zoom feature for that hard-to-reach pipework in airing cupboards. It's interactive, with the ability for both sides to write messages, add tags and even circle areas of concern, and you don't need technical knowledge to use it - just point your phone, and we do the rest!
