In case you missed it: Anti-social behaviour (ASB) Live and Direct

Last week, our ASB team joined us for a Facebook live to share more about what ASB is, how we can support you if you’re experiencing problems with your neighbours, and other tools and services that can help.

Thank you to everyone who tuned in and sent through questions for the team!

As well as providing homes, we want to help build communities where people feel safe, can be themselves, and feel connected to where they live. We’ve taken big steps to improve our ASB service over the past year. This journey is ongoing, and we know there’s more that we need to do.

You can report ASB to us by:

  • Emailing customers@stonewater.org
    Please include in the subject line your address and the nature of the complaint, for example: 'house number and street name, town, postcode - noise nuisance'. In the email, please attach any evidence (pictures, videos, or recordings) you have.
  • Contacting us on social media
    Send us a private message on Facebook, along with any evidence you have recorded and the details of your complaint.
