‘Making Your House A Home’ Questionnaire - Prize Draw
RULES
The prize draw is only open to Stonewater customers who complete the above survey. The prize draw is not open to Stonewater colleagues or their immediate families.
Where possible, this will also be announced on Facebook but we reserve the right to not announce the winners name via social media/web.
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
Everyone who meets the entry criteria and provides consent will be placed into the prize draw, however we will only accept one entry per person.
There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated and we cannot send the prizes to anyone else, only the winner. Stonewater reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside of its control make this necessary.
We will make every effort to contact the winner using the contact details provided, however if the prize cannot be claimed for any reason within 14 days a redraw will take place using the same system. This will continue until a winner is contacted. If we cannot make contact with you within the 14 days, we will remove you from the next draw.
Winners agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes, and details of their name and county of residence may be shared with anyone who requests the winner’s details. Further, if you are a winner, we may ask you to take part in publicity relating to this prize draw with no further recompense.
Prizes will be sent to the address of the customer. We will not dispatch to any other address.
We believe prize draws should be fair to all participants and therefore we will not tolerate anyone who posts or is seen to be posting comments anywhere on the internet during the prize promotion that we think are bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of Stonewater or directly aimed at us. Anyone acting in this way will be disqualified from the prize promotion.
We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but if this happens we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid disappointment.
The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

Stonewater’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
All entries meeting the above criteria will be assigned a number. The winning ‘number’ will be chosen using independent random number selector www.random.org.
This prize draw is administered by the Customer Involvement Team.
CHANGES TO OUR TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any such changes are effective immediately from the time they are posted. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Your continued use of the Customer hubb will be deemed to signify your acceptance to the changes.
