We’re committed to making sure that you feel safe in your home.
Our Customer Building Safety Engagement Strategy explains how we're keeping you involved in building safety, how we're listening to your feedback, and what we're doing together to help keep your home safe.
It’s particularly for those living in high-rise buildings (HRRBs), which are buildings seven or more storeys high or at least 18 metres tall.

If you live in one of our high-rise buildings
Under the Building Safety Act 2022, we must send this strategy to every person aged 16 or over living in a high-rise building – this is one of the reasons why keeping your household details up to date is really important.
The information we ask for helps us to know you better, so we can improve our services and be more responsive to your needs. It also helps us to make sure everyone gets the important information they need.
If your household changes, please get in touch to update your details. You can let us know about changes to your household by contacting us or updating your details in MyHome.
If you’re aged 16 or over and live in one of our high-rise buildings, you will receive a copy of our Customer Building Safety Engagement Strategy soon.
Join our Customer Building Safety Group (CBSG)
Our Customer Building Safety Group is made up of customers who live in our high-rise buildings and helps to shape how we do things.
The group makes sure that customer engagement is a key part of our Building Safety Strategy. It also links into our Building Safety Committee, so that our customers’ voices are heard at all levels.
