These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the prize draw(s) run by Stonewater Limited (the "Prize Draw"). By participating in the Prize Draw(s), you agree to these Terms and if you fail to comply with these Terms, your entry will automatically be void.

You may participate in the Prize Draw(s) subject to the condition that you agree to these Terms and comply with these Terms and the law. All activity and participation in relation to the Prize Draw(s) is subject to these Terms, and by continuing to participate in the Prize Draw(s) your continued participation is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must immediately cease to participate in the Prize Draw(s).

The decision of Stonewater Limited in relation to these Terms and any corresponding Prize (defined below) is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Stonewater Limited is not responsible or liable if for any reason any Prize Draw(s) do not open as planned or for any other cause beyond the control of Stonewater Limited.

Parties

1. The Prize Draw(s) are run by Stonewater Limited, Suite C, Lancaster House, Grange Business Park, Enderby Road, Whetstone, Leicester, LE8 6EP ("Stonewater").
2. The participant refers to any entrant of the Prize Draw(s) (the "Participant").

How to Enter

3. To enter the Prize Draw(s) you must complete a Research Survey ("Survey") and submit your name and email address to Stonewater on completion of the same. No purchase is necessary and each Survey is free to enter. If you have any questions about how to enter, or in connection with, the Prize Draw(s), please email us at customers@stonewater.org with the name and month of the Survey in the subject line.
4. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per calendar month. Your first completed and time-stamped Survey entry, in a calendar month, will be counted and entered into the relevant Prize Draw(s). All subsequent Surveys completed in the same calendar month will be disregarded. Survey entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not permitted.
5. The closing date of each relevant Prize Draw is the last working day of the applicable calendar month in which a Survey was completed. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.

Eligibility

6. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, Participants must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over and provide their name and email address after having completed a Survey.
7. Participants must not be employees, contractors, or agents of Stonewater, its affiliated companies, their family members, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw(s).
8. In entering the Prize Draw(s), Participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Prize (defined below) that they may win.
9. Stonewater may require Participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
10. Stonewater will not accept Prize Draw entries that are incomplete, automatically generated by a computer or completed in bulk by third parties.
11. Stonewater reserves the right to disqualify Participants if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw(s).

The Prize

12. The winning Participants will each receive a £50.00 high-street voucher (the "Prize"), supplied by supplied at Stonewater’s sole discretion.
13. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for any cash alternative or other prizes.
14. Stonewater reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of similar value if circumstances beyond Stonewater's control make it necessary to do so or in the event that the Prize is not available.

Winners and Claiming the Prize

15. There will be one (1) winner (the "Winner") chosen from a random draw of Prize Draw entries, received in a particular calendar month, in accordance with these Terms. The Prize Draw will take place on the last working day of each month.
16. The decision of Stonewater is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
17. The Winner(s) will be randomly selected by the use of a random number generator.
18. The Winner(s) will be notified by email within one (1) month of the relevant Prize Draw(s).
19. If a Winner does not respond to Stonewater and/or provide the information requested by Stonewater (such as postal address, phone number etc.) (the "Relevant Information") within fourteen (14) days of being notified by Stonewater, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited.
20. If a Winner rejects their Prize or their entry into the Prize Draw is deemed invalid, or in breach of these Terms, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and Stonewater may select another Winner.
21. The Prize may be sent to the Winner by post or email.
22. The names of Prize Draw Winners may be obtained by emailing customers@stonewater.org

Limitation of Liability

23. Stonewater accepts no responsibility for Prize Draw(s) or Survey entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the Survey entry will not be considered as proof of receipt.
24. Insofar as is permitted by law, Stonewater will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, disappointment, personal injury or death arising out of, or in any way connected with, the Prize Draw(s), or as a result of a Participant's winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of the Prize, or if the Prize Draw does not run as planned, particularly when it is caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or concealment of the Relevant Information by the Winner (deliberate or otherwise.
25. Paragraph 24 does not apply where loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused by the negligence of Stonewater, its agents or contractors.

UK GDPR

26. Stonewater is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms. Stonewater shall use and take care of any personal data/information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be read here https://www.stonewater.org/about-us/privacy-notices/ and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw(s), you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and in accordance with these Terms.
27. The Winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other Participants will be used solely in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant's prior consent.

General

28. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms Stonewater may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw(s).
29. Stonewater reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
30. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
31. Stonewater's failure to act with respect to a breach of these Terms does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
32. The headings in these Terms are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

33. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Stonewater reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be effective as soon as this page is updated on the Customer Hubb.
