We have been informed that individuals impersonating Stonewater colleagues are targeting customers through social media. In these messages, scammers pretend to be housing advisors as well as members of our environmental and damp and mould teams, asking customers about repairs to obtain personal information.

We’d like to confirm that we will never message you via Facebook unless you message us first from our Facebook page, Stonewater UK. This is our one and only page. If you receive a message from an account pretending to be us, it’s essential to ensure that the safety and security of your personal data is maintained and that you do not engage.
