Customer Survey: Stop Social Housing Stigma
Stigma is when an unfair belief is held against a group of people based on factors they can’t change – such as where they’re from.
Stop Social Housing Stigma has launched a national survey to hear directly from social housing tenants. They want to understand your experiences, how stigma has affected you and what you think needs to change.
How we're performing
We want you to know how we're performing and what you can expect when we deliver our services. Your feedback helps us learn and lets us know where we can do better.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM)
Every year, we conduct a TSM survey with our customers to ask them how they think we're doing. A big thank you to everyone who took part. All social housing providers in England complete this survey, which helps you see how well we're performing. It covers areas that matter to you, including repairs, complaints, anti-social behaviour, and how we listen to your feedback.
Community Days so far...
A huge shout out to everyone who’s popped out to see us at our Community Days in their local area. We know some of you had to brave a lot of rain!
We’ve held five so far, and we’re grateful for support from our contractors, partners, local councils, police and fire services. We’ll be running more this September, but so far:
- Raised planter beds have been built by Ian Williams for community gardening and Pinnacle provided compost and plants
- Bell Group painted gates at a community room and donated paint to customers so they can refresh some of their community planting areas
- We’ve recruited more volunteer Community Champions and members of our Building Safety Group
- We’re arranging get online sessions for our customers with our partners We Are Group
- Supporting customers to create gardening groups and connecting with the incredible edible volunteers
