Did you miss our Money Matters Facebook Live event?
We got our experts together on Facebook to chat about the free support we can offer to help you:
- Managing money and debt
- Find a job, get new qualifications, or start a business
- If you’re struggling with bills or buying food
We answered lots of live questions from customers about everything from benefits and rent to emergency grants. It was a fantastic event with loads of great advice, and we recorded it for you to watch back.
A record-breaking response to our financial support survey
Wow! A massive thank you to everyone that took part this year, we received over 3,500 responses. We’re looking at them now and working out where we can make changes to make our support even better.
A lot of you said you didn't know about all the ways we can support you, so we're definitely going to shout more about it.

TPAS Involvement Week

Hands on Housing: Building skills through experience
We joined forces with Ian Williams to give their apprentices the opportunity to learn more about social housing. They had a full-on four days learning about our services, including visits to our customer service centre and retirement living schemes. There was a focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion, and highlighting the positive impact that a safe home has on people’s lives.

A trip to Abbey Lodge for our Chief Executive
Jonathan, our Chief Executive, visited Abbey Lodge retirement living scheme and spent the day chatting with customers about what’s working well and what they’d like to see changed. Viv, a member of our Scrutiny Panel organised the day, and used it to to support their latest review on improving activities and events at retirement schemes.
Fantastic feedback on our new customer strategy
Engaged customers spent time chatting to David Ripley, our Chief Operating Officer, digging into what really matters most to customers and exploring exciting ideas for the future. These ideas will be used to help shape the strategy.
