Are you a passionate champion of social and affordable housing and want to make sure the views, voices, and priorities of our customers are at the heart of what we do? Then this opportunity could be for you.
We’re keen to hear from customers aged 16-45 as they’re underrepresented, and we want to make
sure the panel reflects all our customers. It’s a fantastic time to join and Trevor, our newly elected Chair of Scrutiny, said:
“I wanted to make a genuine difference for customers and the wider community. I’ve learned the importance of speaking up, working as a team, and making sure that different voices are heard. My goals are to increase the panel’s visibility amongst customers and Stonewater colleagues and increase the diversity of the panel. So, if you can help, we’d welcome you on board”

Our Customer Annual Review shares how we’ve supported our customers and communities over the past year – including the improvements we’ve made in areas like repairs, customer service, complaints, supported living, and more.
Gardening Competition Winners
Thank you to everyone who entered the competition this year. We had a record number of entries and there were so many impressive gardens that it made the judging really tough!
It’s great to see how much love, care, and attention go into all the gardens, communities, and outdoor spaces.

Tackling damp and mould at Fosse Park Community Day
It was lovely to speak to so many customers at our Fosse Park Community Day, thank you for joining us. We know some customers were experiencing damp and mould, and we wanted to tackle these issues by giving customers the opportunity to talk to us and show us any issues they’re having.
It was a positive day bringing the local community together and was supported by Avon and Somerset Police and Somerset Council. And we’re continuing to work with customers that reported issues.

We’ve created new homeownership handbooks
From listening to your feedback and reviewing the most common complaints and queries, we saw a need for clearer information about homeownership.
To help, we created brand-new handbooks to help you feel more informed and better understand your rights, responsibilities, and options.
We worked with our customers every step of the way to make sure the handbooks are clear, information can be found easily, and essential details were included. Check out the new handbooks at the bottom of our shared owner, leaseholder and freeholder webpage.
