Customer Engagement Round-up: April

Welcome to our latest Customer Engagement Round-up!

Each month, we’ll gather a variety of opportunities and updates for you, ranging from training and employment opportunities and customer surveys to joining our customer panels.

Come to Our Sustainable Kitchen Design Workshop and Have Your Say!

Help shape the future of our kitchen upgrades by sharing your thoughts on the materials and designs. With your input, we can ensure our kitchen upgrades are stylish, and fit for modern, and comfortable use!

In this interactive workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback on our proposed improvements.

Want to be part of the conversation? Book your place today.

The workshops are just 45 minutes long, and you only need to attend one:

Join our Customer Complaint Learning Panel and make a difference!

Are you passionate about improving services and making a real difference in your community?

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to influence how complaints are handled? If so, we invite you to join Stonewater’s Customer Complaint Learning Panel (CCLP)!

We believe that listening to our residents is the key to delivering excellent services. By joining forces with Stonewater, we have more opportunities for you to share your views than ever. That’s why we’re looking for engaged and enthusiastic residents to join the CCLP. It’s a dedicated group that helps shape how we learn from complaints and improve the way we work.

What you’ll do as a panel member:

  • Review closed complaints and provide valuable feedback.
  • Share your own insights to help us understand what’s most important to residents.
  • Identify areas where we can improve, as well as highlight what we’re doing well.
  • Work alongside our teams to create an action plan for improvement.

You'll be a real voice for residents, gain transferable skills and enhance your skills!

The panel will meet 6 times a year, and all meetings will take place online for your convenience. We’ll work with panel members to ensure meetings are scheduled at a time that works for everyone.

If this sounds like something you’d love to be part of, you can apply here.

Join our Inclusion group and help us shape our services for the better!

The Customer Inclusion Group brings together customers with disabilities, impairments, or long-term health conditions and the people that support them to provide feedback on our services in a flexible and meaningful way.

As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to share your thoughts on proposed service changes and improvements, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our customers. You’ll also have access to valuable training opportunities, gain insights into inclusion and housing and become part of a network of Stonewater customers who are passionate about making a difference.

Interested in joining the group? Apply right here!

Become a volunteer Community Champion and help shape your neighbourhood!

You’ll take part in area walkabouts, tackle local issues like fly-tipping and parking, and work alongside fellow volunteers in our online forum to find meaningful solutions.

You'll also gain valuable insights into Stonewater services, build connections, and develop key skills - all while making a real difference in your community.
