Tpas Involvement Week 2025

Tpas Involvement Week is a national event held from 10th to 14th November 2025, celebrating and promoting tenant engagement across the UK housing sector.

You can take part by joining their free programme of events across the week that support tenants and landlords to improve, innovate, inspire, and celebrate tenant engagement.

This week at Stonewater, we’re celebrating all our customers who get involved to help us improve our services and communities. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been part of one of Panels or taken a short feedback survey; if you’ve been involved, we’re celebrating and thanking you.

Three reasons why your voice matters

You use our services every day, so you’re the best person who can let us know what’s working well and what’s not. Tpas Involvement Week is all about speaking up, but how does this help you?

  1. Better services that meet your needs. When you give us feedback, it helps us understand what matters most to you. We use this to co-create services that offer quicker resolutions and meet the diverse needs of our customers.
  2. Better value for money. Focusing on what matters to you means we can use our money, time, and resources more efficiently to create safer, better-connected homes and communities. This leads to a better experience for you as we’re acting on things that make a difference.
  3. Trust and accountability. When you feel listened to and can see your feedback making real changes, it builds trust and creates a space where everyone is heard. We want to hear your honest opinions and hold us to account on ‘doing what we say we’re going to do’.

Find out how your feedback helped to shape our services in our Customer Annual Review 2024-25.

"Being a part of the inclusion group means I get to work towards making life fairer, where everyone is equal and free to safely be their true selves."

Have your say in decisions that affect your home and community?

When you’re involved, it means you don’t just receive better services, you help to build them.

Together, we can make a real difference, and there are loads of ways you can get involved. It’s also an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about housing and develop your own skills.

  • Scrutiny Panel. Complete in-depth service reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Community Champions.  You can improve where you live by doing regular walkabouts every six weeks.
  • Customer Inclusion Group. Help us to create more accessible and inclusive services for all our customers.
  • Customer Complaints Learning Panel. Help us to learn from complaints and improve our processes.
  • Building Safety Group. You’ll live in one of our high-rise buildings and support us to make sure customers are heard and we’re putting safety first.
  • Friends of Scrutiny. A flexible online opportunity where you’ll read documents, policies, and communications and offer your feedback and improvements.
  • Mystery shopping. You’ll make an enquiry to us and note down where we did well, as well as whether you were given clear, easy-to-understand information.
