Weekly Customer Engagement Round-up: Fifth Edition

Welcome to our Customer Engagement Round-up!

Each week, we'll gather a variety of opportunities for you to explore, ranging from training and customer surveys to recruitment for customer panels.

Our Employability workshops

Join our employability workshop today. Whether you are just starting your career or looking for a new opportunity, we’re here to support you.  

Our workshops, designed in collaboration with our recruitment partners, Blue Octopus and Sheila Starr, are divided into three 90-minute sessions. We have 12 spots available for each session. Based on your requirements, you can choose to attend one, two, or all three sessions.  

The sessions and their timings: 

Session One: CV's, Job Searching and Interview Prep 

Thursday 30th May, 10 am-12pm 

Session Two: Resilience 

Thursday 6th June, 12 pm-2pm 

Session Three: Recognising Your Skills 

Thursday 13th June, 4 pm-6pm

Join us for our Facebook Live and Q&A with Longleigh 

On the last Thursday of this month, May 30th, from 6 pm to 7 pm, we’ll be hosting a Facebook Live event with Longleigh. 

You’ll have the opportunity to ask Longleigh any questions about the support they offer Stonewater customers. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for more details soon! 

You don’t need to register - simply follow us on our Facebook page.  

If you can’t make it, the event will be recorded so you can watch it back at a time that suits you.  

Gardening Competition is back!  

From this Friday (17th May), you can submit your entries for our annual Garden Competition!  

This is your chance to display the fruits of your labour, be it your iconic individual garden, classy community space, fancy floral displays, or your meticulously cared-for micro garden! 

We want to see your garden’s journey in all its glory - share your updates and progress shots here on the Customer hubb. 

Entries will close on the 17th July at 5pm 

Four Million Homes are hosting training sessions on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) 

Four Million Homes are offering a free online training on EDI on the 18th of June from 18:30 to 20:30. 

The EDI training will cover a range of topics, from unconscious bias to what landlords need to do regarding equality, diversity and inclusion.
