Weekly Customer Engagement Round-up: Nineteenth Edition

Welcome to our latest Customer Engagement Round-up!

Each week, we gather a variety of opportunities for you to explore, ranging from training and customer surveys to joining our customer panels.

Involvement Week Special: Q&A on Hubb with our Scrutiny Panel Members Pat and Fiona.

Join us for a special Q&A session on our Hubb forum with our dedicated Scrutiny Panel volunteers, Pat and Fiona, next Tuesday, October 15th, from 11 AM to 1 PM as part of Involvement Week.

Involvement Week, taking place from the 14th –18th October is a new national event celebrating and highlighting customer-led involvement and engagement. There is no better time to showcase and spotlight our customer Scrutiny Panel. The Scrutiny Panel conducts reviews of our services to make sure they are designed with the customer in mind.

This is a fantastic opportunity to chat to them directly and ask questions about their roles, experiences, what they are currently up to as part of the panel, and how this will help us to improve services here at Stonewater.

Are you looking to boost your digital skills and feel more confident online?

No need to book—just drop in and get started!
