Welcome to our Customer Engagement Round-up!

Each week, we'll gather a variety of opportunities for you to explore, ranging from training and customer surveys to recruitment for customer panels.

The Garden Competition is now live 

Our Garden competition is live, and whether you’ve got a backyard jungle, or a cute balcony display, we want you to enter! 

There are four categories to choose from:

• Individual garden
• Community space
• Floral displays
• Micro garden

Join our Longleigh Q&A - Facebook Live and Direct next week 

On Thursday, 30th May, from 6-7pm, we’ll be hosting a Facebook Live event on our Facebook page, with Longleigh - a charitable foundation set up to support Stonewater customers.  

You’ll have the chance to hear about the support Longleigh can offer you or someone you know. The Longleigh team will also be on hand to answer your questions.  

If you can’t attend, don’t worry—the event will be recorded so you can watch it back at your convenience.

TPAS are looking for tenants from ethnic minority backgrounds for Focus groups 

Kai Jackson, a social tenant and an associate at TPAS – the Tenant Engagement Experts - is on a mission to make a difference and is undertaking an exciting research project to boost diversity and inclusion in social housing. 

Kai is looking for people, particularly from ethnic minority backgrounds, to take part in online Focus Groups.  

These will be relaxed and informal and will explore in more detail the participation of tenants from ethnic minority backgrounds in their landlord’s influencing structures.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to have your voice heard. 

The dates and timings for the sessions: 

Tues 18th June 10.30am – 12.00pm 

Weds 19th June 1.00pm – 2.30pm 

Thurs 20th June 5.30pm - 7.00pm
