Welcome to our latest Customer Engagement Round-up!  

Each week, we'll gather a variety of opportunities for you to explore, ranging from training and customer surveys to joining our customer panels 

Join us for our Facebook Live and Q&A on Damp and Mould 

Got questions about damp and mould? Whether you’re experiencing it at home, or want to know how to prevent it, we’re here to help.  On Tuesday 30th July from 6 pm to 7 pm, we’ll be hosting a Facebook Live event with our Damp and Mould team and repairs team. 

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to our in-house specialists around our processes around treating damp and mould. 

You don’t need to register for this event - simply follow our Facebook page where you can find the event.  

If you can’t make it, the event will be recorded so you can watch it back at a time that suits you.

Each year we produce our annual review for customers, and we’re keen to make sure you, our customers, find it informative, readable and useful.  We’re fast approaching time to produce this year’s customer annual review so we’re asking you to tell us your thoughts.

Our photo competition is now open for submissions!  

We are excited to announce our photo competition for this year's Customer Annual Review, and we would love for you to enter!  

The theme for this year's competition is "Community," and the winner will be featured in our Customer Annual Review and will receive a £50 shopping voucher.  

The deadline for submissions is Friday, August 30, 2024. The winner will be chosen at random. If you are interested in participating and would like to learn more about this year's theme and how to enter, please click here. 

Submissions for our annual Garden Competition will close end of this month¬ 

If you haven’t entered yet and want to showcase your hard work, there's still time!  

You can choose from four categories: 

  • Individual garden 
  • Community space 
  • Floral displays 
  • Micro garden 

RULES: Only one entry per household, with a maximum of 5 photos. Full rules can be found here.
